Factories and warehouses industry is the third most dangerous workplace in the world. Up to 11 % of accidents at worksites are caused by MHE movement. ALIS Shield Anti-Collision System improves worksite safety and ensure interactive pedestrian and MHE protection in busy workplace traffic.

MHE PROTECTION

FLT Anti-Collision System

Wireless peer-to-peer solution between 2 FLT tags installed on the MHE roof. Two-phased FLT speed regulation in 2 pre-defined zones (warning zone and danger zone). FLT Anti-Collision System is compatible with every MHE manufacturer.

Extensibility:

  • Immunity RGB button – for temporary system deactivation;
  • cabin opto-acoustic RGB beacon for danger signalization.

PEDESTRIAN AND EMPLOYEE PROTECTION

PAS system

Wireless peer-to-peer solution between FLT tag (installed on FLT roof) and a personal wrist tag. When the 2 emmited zones cross each other, the FLT will start slowing down autonomously, and the wrist tag will vibrate to signalize incoming danger.

Extensibility:

  • Diagnostic unit for checking the wrist tag battery.

SPEED ZONING

Zone FLT deceleration

Autonomous MHE deceleration to the required speed when entering critical zones (pre-set by UWB zone readers). Using any Wi-Fi device, a competent person can easily edit zone size. Zone deceleration is adjustable in 2 variants:

  • Radius FLT deceleration (local FLT deceleration in critical locations);
  • Direction FLT deceleration (FLT deceleration all over the given place).

DYNAMIC FLOOR MARKING

Illuminated floor marking

Intelligent floor marking controlled by the movement of MHE. Industrial LED projectors are switched on based on the presence of manipulation equipment in incriminated places of light marking. The most common examples of use are dynamic intersections for pedestrians vs. warning symbol. The pedestrian crossing is activated only in case of safe traffic crossing. The warning symbol is switched on only in the case of the presence of a FLT at a dangerous distance from the intersection.

Communication possibilities of MHE and Dynamic Marking:

  • Sensors (no need for FLT tags);
  • peer-to-peer solution using FLT tag (PRO FLT tag version with the option of autonomous deceleration);
  • FLT activator (basic FLT tag version with no deceleration).
